Comprehensive Lab Review
In-depth hormone panels and biomarker analysis to create a precise, data-driven optimization strategy.
What Is a Comprehensive Lab Review?
A comprehensive lab review is the foundation of every treatment plan at BHRT Boost. Rather than relying on symptoms alone, we use advanced lab panels to measure your current hormone levels, metabolic markers, thyroid function, and other key biomarkers. This data provides the precise, objective picture needed to design a protocol that’s truly personalized to your body.
How It Works
Your provider orders a detailed blood panel that goes well beyond standard hormone tests. Depending on your symptoms and goals, your panel may include:
- Hormones — Total and free testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA-S, pregnenolone
- Thyroid — TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3, thyroid antibodies
- Metabolic — Fasting glucose, insulin, HbA1c, lipid panel
- Inflammation — CRP, homocysteine, ferritin
- Vitamins & minerals — Vitamin D, B12, magnesium, iron studies
- Binding proteins — SHBG, albumin
- Liver & kidney function — AST, ALT, BUN, creatinine, GFR
Lab work is drawn at a convenient location and results are typically available within a few business days. Your provider then reviews your results in detail — not just checking boxes against reference ranges, but interpreting the full picture of your metabolic and hormonal health.
Who Is It For?
Comprehensive lab review is for anyone who wants to understand their hormonal health at a deeper level. It’s especially important for:
- New patients beginning a hormone optimization journey
- Patients experiencing symptoms but unsure of the cause
- Anyone who has been told their labs are “normal” but still doesn’t feel right
- Existing patients due for follow-up monitoring and protocol adjustments
What to Expect
After your labs are drawn, your provider will schedule a detailed review session to walk through your results. You’ll understand exactly where your levels stand, what’s contributing to your symptoms, and what the recommended treatment path looks like.
For existing patients, follow-up labs are scheduled at regular intervals — typically every 8 to 12 weeks initially, then every 6 months once stable — to monitor progress and make protocol adjustments as needed.

- Detection of imbalances that standard tests often miss
- Objective foundation for personalized treatment design
- Ongoing monitoring to track progress and optimize results
